That statement you just read, most likely you are not even familiar with what we are talking about. May I explain? Realtor's until about 21 years ago ALWAYS met with each other in front of the listing agent's seller and presented the offer of the buyer, however for some WILD AND CRAZY REASON all Realtors stopped doing that in the early 1990's And unfortunately it is the BIGGEST and MOST SERIOUS PROBLEM TO HAVE HAPPEN TO A BUYER, and unfortunately the buyer has no idea that it is happening to them. Why? Because buyers especially first time have no idea what the process is. FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS PHOENIX AZ ... WHAT IS HAPPENING?
To share with you an example: I wrote an offer 11 years ago for Jim and Chris went to present it face to face on a Sunday afternoon, there were two other offers faxed in, the lady of the house stood up and said: "the other offer is better than your offer" and my response to her was: "then counter my offer" they did and the other buyers and agents NEVER KNEW WHAT HAPPENED. My buyer got the home, they did not!.
This is the BIGGEST PROBLEM OUT THERE FOR BUYERS AND THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT IT. FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS PHOENIX AZ ... WHAT IS HAPPENING?
