My House is Drawn All Wrong on the Attachment to the Listing Agreement
"You've drawn my house wrong on the attachment to the listing agreement. The dimensions are wrong.. It only shows one story and my house is a two story. The square footage is wrong. It says 1500 sq ft and we have 2400 sq ft. You've got that it was built in 1960 and it was built in 2004."
WHOA! We went over this when we listed your home for sale. If you will look at the first page of your listing agreement, where it has a place for "legal description", it says see attachment "A". Attachment "A" 's sole purpose is to provide the legal description as the county tax assessor and treasurer have it recorded. The house on their record may have been torn down, burned down, or whatever.. the dimension of your house sketch or information about it, from the tax records, is not used in my advertising, marketing, discussions, etc. Attachment A is for the legal description and we verified that the legal description was correct when we listed your home.
If you want to correct the information about your home on the public records, go visit the county assessor.
